Duck
This handsome mallard was standing on the edge of the Ottawa river in the fall of 1999. Shot with the Sigma 75-300 APO Macro. Kodak Gold 400.

Heron Flying
Shot from Bill's canoe on the Mississippi last fall. I used a 300mm lens at f/5.6 and shutter around 1/250 due to lack of light. The blur is due to camera shake still you get the idea. The herons out here on the west coast are much tamer.
